Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
In short: DaySaga is yours to use for your own diary and habits. What you write stays yours and stays on your device, so keep a backup. Please use the site fairly.
Agreeing to these terms
DaySaga is made and run by Eshwar Thota, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using DaySaga at daysaga.in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use DaySaga.
Who can use DaySaga
You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you sign up.
Price
DaySaga is free to use. If we add paid features later, they’ll be optional, the price will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing will ever be charged without you choosing it.
Your content and your backups
- Everything you write, track or add (including photos) belongs to you. We don’t claim any rights to it.
- It is saved only on your device, in your browser. We can’t see it, recover it, or restore it.
- Browsers can clear saved data (for example when storage runs low, or in Safari after a long time without a visit), and devices get lost. Please download a backup regularly from Your data. We aren’t responsible for entries lost this way.
- Only add photos you have the right to use, and be careful with photos of other people.
Not medical, mental health or financial advice
DaySaga helps you notice and reflect on your days. Its health, mood, money and Mindful moment features, quotes, stories and suggestions are general encouragement only. They aren’t medical, psychological, or financial advice, and they can’t replace a doctor, counsellor, or adviser.
If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out now: call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24 hours, in many Indian languages) or the emergency number 112.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t try to break into, overload, or disrupt DaySaga, copy it to sell or publish as your own, or use it to break any law.
Our content
DaySaga’s design, themes, artwork, text and code belong to us. The fonts used are made by others and shared under their own open licences.
Changes and availability
We work to keep DaySaga running well, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If we change these terms in an important way, we’ll show the new terms in the app, and the date at the top will change.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for data lost from your device. If we are found responsible for anything, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be limited.
Stopping
You can stop using DaySaga at any time, and delete your account in Profile or Your data. We may stop offering DaySaga, but if we do, we’ll give notice so you can download your backups first.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be settled by talking to us first, the courts at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
